Ben is a huge quarry and has now been turned into a pool or beach. Technically it is a pool but there is a sand area where children enjoy playing and the water starts from zero. They have several sprinklers for young children, slides and diving boards for experienced swimmers, and it's a beautiful place with commissaries, clean bathrooms, dressing room facilities, beautiful chairs and shade. Residents can buy annual tickets, or one day tickets for a day trip if you don't live in Nepperville or want to visit.
