When I was staying at Unazuki Onsen, I was taking a walk around and stopped by this temple. Located near the ruins of Funami Castle, the old gate with a bronze roof was impressive. It is said that the principal image is Senju Kannon at the fudasho of Hokuriku 33rd sacred place.

Hokuriku ３３ Kannon Sacred Ground No. ３２ Banfudasho, Nakaoyama Jusanji Temple. The principal image is Senju Kannon, and it is said that Kazuhisa Kiyochi built the temple.
