A superb view spot on the west coast of the northern end of Okinawa main island from 80 meters high
Original Text
I left the resort hotel with Okuma and ran on National Highway 58 toward Cape Hedo. As the cape approached, I turned right from the national highway and entered a narrow road. This narrow road climbed up while winding and arrived at the parking lot located on the cliff. A short walk from the parking lot is "Kaya Uchibanta". "Banta" is the word "cliff" in Okinawa. "When I bundled and threw thatch, it was scattered by a strong wind from below ...
There were no tourists and I went without much expectation. The parking lot is empty and the banner of the life phone is attached, so is it a little scary? But the beautiful scenery spread out at the observatory and it was wonderful. You will be impressed by the weather better or at sunset. 〜.
I stopped by after Cape Hedo, so is this a tourist point? I thought. It is a hill where you can see the normal sea beautifully. I thought I didn't have to come forcibly.
The road climbing from the west is quite steep, but the road from the north is gentle. There is a parking lot and a toilet, and it is well maintained. It was a little scary because it was on a cliff.
It seems that Panta is a cliff, and it means a cliff where a bundle of thatch thrown is unraveled. In that sense, you can see the cliff scenery, but the nearby Cape Hedo is the highlight of the cape. There is a well-developed parking lot, but several cars can be parked in the vacant area just beside the observatory.

Panta is not a giant panda on a cliff.
