A trip to Japan, exploring the romance of cherry blossoms and snow-capped mountains, enjoying the food and hot springs, waiting for you to experience!
In Nago City, a little far from Naha, you can play with the Churaumi Aquarium ~ Although it is not big, it is fun. Take a small train + automatic sightseeing car, there are Chinese commentaries, eat pineapple ice cream after sightseeing and buy souvenirs. It takes about 1 to 1.5 hours.
Ok if you have kids as they will enjoy the various tram rides. Otherwise it’s just a park with flowers (no pineapples at time of visit) and overpriced fruits/food
Super cute, quirky and a little bit cringe stop over. Great to go on a colder or cloudy day in Okinawa. Spent about an hour there.
The red acidic soil in northern Okinawa is particularly suitable for pineapple growth, so pineapples in this area are very famous. Ming Hu Pineapple Garden is a park with Okinawa pineapple as its theme. It has a history of more than 80 years. Driverless pineapple-shaped car (Pineapple) can be used in the park to visit pineapple plantations and subtropical plants throughout the park. It travels slowly at a speed of five kilometers per hour. Along the road, you can see many different kinds of pineapples and plants. You can also visit Japan's earliest pineapple breweries and immediately taste fresh pineapple wine. Freshly picked pineapples in pineapple orchards can be eaten happily. Almost all the food here can be tasted for free! There are many pineapple products in the shopping mall of Pineapple Garden. Some pineapple products are only sold here. For example, pineapple curry in restaurants is a delicious dish that can only be tasted here.
Ming Hu Pineapple Garden is a pineapple plantation with a history of more than 80 years. At first, it only planted and sold pineapples. In 1992, it built the first pineapple winery in Japan. Now the farm has become a theme park with hundreds of pineapples and nearly a thousand tropical plants. You can take a pineapple tour bus to see different kinds of pineapples and rare pineapple flowers in the garden. After getting out of the car, you can taste pineapple water and food in the snack area, buy them and take part in the lottery.
One of the attractions included in the one-day tour is not so much a leisure farm as a local specialty shopping mall. There are no pineapples in the garden this season. However, the snack bar can still buy fresh and iced pineapples to taste. There are many stalls selling Okinawa specialties inside. Of course, the price is more expensive than outside. There are many buses stopping here and they are all pulled in. Shopping!
I went to the pineapple garden with a one-day tour group, and the entrance fee was 500 yuan! If you arrange it yourself, you can completely ignore it. The Japanese are very good at design. There are no less than 10 shopping links in a small garden, but fortunately, none of them are forced. The only interesting thing is to ride a pineapple-shaped battery car to tour the garden.
Nago City is a famous pineapple producing area in Okinawa Prefecture, so a pineapple-themed park was built here. You can sit on a pineapple-shaped car in the park and visit various pineapples and other subtropical plants throughout the park along the way. You can learn about various pineapples. You can also taste and buy pineapple derivatives.
