Moon bear in tiny cage made experience unhappy

We visited this farm in the summer of 2011. The setting is lovely -- in the Kyushu countryside near Mt. Aso. the farm is well-maintained and the animals seem to be treated well -- except for the poo...

    Yamanami farm

This place is best visited during weekends with lots of activities for kids. There are limited farm animals on weekdays.

    Farm visit

We were here on a Tuesday in early June. Probably not the best time to visit. It was really quiet. We fed the ducks, saw a very friendly sheep and some cows. I think on more busy days there should be ...

    It's perfect for family.

    Original Text

On August 1, 2021, I went with parents and children 2. It's open from 9 o'clock, but it was raining in the morning and there were few people. You can also experience horseback riding (800 yen), which may be good for children's memories. The most surprising thing was to put it in the enclosure of sheep and goats. Goats are riding on their front legs or sheep are pinned on their butts ...

A ranch walk while feeling the kuju wind

    Original Text

Park your car in the parking lot and pay the entrance fee to the ranch at the admission ticket office. It was stated that the price was being reduced, and it was 400 yen per adult. Passing through the shops in the free area, you will see an open ranch where you can enjoy interacting with animals, events, and various experiences in the fence. It's like a paradise for families with children. When I was taking a walk with carrots I bought as food for goats and horses, I noticed the explanation of the black bear. Black bear ... from the not wide ridge.
