Great park
Walk to the WWII memorial plaza for wonderful views of downtown Kansas City. Dog friendly with a nice dog park with water fountain.
Great Views of the city
Nice area to walk, not too far from a dog park too if you want to go off leash. We didn't find the area at all objectionable.
Great view but super dirty
Drove to The Scout statue. The statue itself is very detailed and well crafted. That spot has a great view of downtown. The area is heavy with litter and broken glass. It’s sad to see such a nice spot...
Great View, Not Sure About Safety
The view of Kansas City is great! It's not super handicap friendly, and my elderly father was with us. After driving up a hill, you have to park by a skate park, and walk to get to the monument on top...
