Great food and atmosphere

We came here for lunch. The food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was so great. We will be back. I highly recommend the Grilled Cheese!!!

Do not stop to have your lunch at Widowmaker picnic area

At noon, the gates of the dam (upstream) are opened, which floods the river to 10x its original capacity. A half hour later the water reaches the Widowmaker picnic area, and this is where people star...

Took a white water guided tour thru the widow maker...fast running water. If you like white water rafting this should be on your bucket list. Beautiful scenery all around

A beautiful spot.

We have never visited that area when people are canoeing but have spent a fair amount of time mesmorized by the beauty of the area.
