Oyama is a mountain near the Kanto region where you can take a full-scale walk. You can go up to the shrine by cable car, so there is no problem with light clothes, but it may be difficult for the elderly to worship because you climb quite a few stairs (more than 360 steps) from the parking lot at the foot to the slope and cable car platform.
