From Ikeda Station East 3 platform of Hankyu Takarazuka Line, Hankyu Bus 1, 13, 14 } bound for Ishibashi North Exit bound for Osaka International Airport for about 6 minutes, get off at Daikoji Temple in May Mountain Park. When you go up the road, you will be on a slope all the way. If you turn toward Yoshunji Temple on the way, you will find the stairs all the way. There is a graveyard above the main hall, on a hill with a very good view. Ikeda Castle Ruins are just across the gymnasium just in front of the bus stop, and Satsukiyama Zoo and parks with rare wombats in Japan are also about a walk from the bus stop 5 and a nearby view ...
The entrance to the approach immediately from Mayyama Park. From there, steep stone steps like the road of ascetics continue at once. The mountain gate and the main hall are squeaky. There is also a grave of Mr. Ikeda, a local gozoku (local ruling family) who was the owner of Ikeda Castle.
It is a large and magnificent temple on the east side of Mayyama Park. From the parking lot of Mayyama Park, walk up a fairly steep slope for about 7 minutes and you will see this temple. The precincts are very large and the building makes you feel the history, but there were no tourists. It feels like a local temple. It was a temple in Ikeda Castle.
It was a pity this year, but every year around May, it is a wonderful temple with peony flowers in full bloom around the temple, in the garden, and all over. Why did the peonys hardly bloom this year?
I visited Ikeda Castle and Greening Botanical Garden, but it was very difficult because there were many uphills. When I climbed the atmospheric approach, there was a main hall in the precincts of Hiro 々.
