Pleasant but uninspiring
After visiting the wonderful Kamotsuru sake brewery, it was a bit of a letdown coming here. The place was cold and uninspiring, and only two varieties were available for tasting.
It is located along the street from Sake Brewery Street to the railroad track side. Founded in 1917. There is a coin-type paid tasting machine in the store. If you buy a coin (100 yen per coin) at the counter, you can sample one cup (30 ml) with the coin.
Fukubijin Shuzo with a brewery with beautiful white walls

After visiting Kamoizumi Sake Brewery, we headed for Fukubijin Sake Brewery. Some sake breweries that I visited until then were built facing Sake brewery Street, but Fukubijin Sake Brewery was located north of the narrow road from Sake brewery Street. Fukubijin Shuzo, which has a brewery with beautiful white walls, has 「 Beauty Well 」, and it is said that the water is the water for sake. There was a direct sales office, but there was a warehouse called Ebisuzo, which was a landmark with a popular red brick chimney as a shooting spot.
"Sake brewery street Kawara version" on the white wall
Original Text
Beautiful white-walled breweries were lined up on the north side facing the street on the north side of SAIJO Sake Brewery. That was Fukubijin Sake Brewery. Exhibits continued on the white wall of the brewery. When I approached it, it was written as "Sake Brewery Street Kawaraban", and various poop about sake were written. I looked at it while nodding, "I see, is that so?" This is also a production that is typical of SAIJO.
If you walk along the sake brewery street, you will find a chimney with a chimney written as "Fukubijin". When I went, all the factory tours were canceled because it was the end of the corona disaster (4th wave), and I couldn't enter at all. The only thing I could see was the Fukujin Well, which is one of the water wells of the Sue Bijin Shuzo on the street.
