    Definitely worth a visit

    Is a lovely place to sit and watch the sea, enjoy a hot drink or an ice cream. During the Summer, lots to do, evening music events too

    We go crabbing here.

    There are lots of small cabins selling items. Things for kids to go on at end of pier. We go crabbing like many others a great day out.

    Not far from Canterbury

    Having been to Canterbury a short visit to Herne bay approx 10 miles then back to London On our arrival plenty of parking clean surroundings and on the pier lots of attractions for kids and plenty...

    We visited the area not knowing what to expect. We visited during a swing and jazz festival which was free to listen to. It seems that there are often performances on the pier. Children enjoyed crabbi...
