It's been a long time since I visited, and many tourists came.

It seems that it was on TV after a long time, and although it was a weekday, many tourists came. It was nice to see the elderly residents of nearby long-term care facilities and the staff taking a walk under the wisteria trellis. Since the temple is the Nichiren Shoshu sect, I have not visited the temple.
It's sunny and you can see Mt. Fuji & It's wonderful to visit when the wisteria is in bloom. Isn't there a lot of places where you can see both together?
I went to see the wisteria shelf of Shimonobo. .. ..

Shimonobo, whose wisteria trellis are beautiful this season, and the weather is nice on my way home from work, so I stopped by. Fujinomiya citizens are famous for coming to see the wisteria of this temple! I'm doing something at a spot. Fortunately, the parking lot of the temple is not closed either. The wisteria petals fell a little down, but they were beautiful overall. About 3 cars came. I went back and took a picture of Mt. Fuji.
The wisteria trellis is in full bloom, but you can definitely see Mt. Fuji. ..

The parking lot of the temple is free and is a great place to stop and take a break. There is a wisteria, and it is in full bloom around 5 Moon, but is it famous locally? It is a place. The Ueno area of Fujinomiya is on a hill, and you can see Mt. Fuji by walking a little from the parking lot.
It is a place where you can enjoy the collaboration between wisteria trellis and Mt. Fuji. Shimonobo is a temple of the Nichiren Shoshu sect. From the parking lot to the main hall, there is a wisteria trellis like a U-shaped corridor. There was a place where you could see Mt. Fuji on the way, and many people were taking pictures. There were wisteria shelves and wisteria three-tiered decorations around the main hall. It is recommended because it feels like it is covered with wisteria colors and scents.
