A quiet temple
Although it is Samsungji Temple, it is a short distance from the old Tokaido of Okabe-juku. This temple felt quiet. The main hall is also simple. There is a chance to listen to the Danya-san and the priest is currently absent at this temple. It is said that there is no touristy one. I think it's a historic temple, but it's a shame.
Temple of the Soto sect
It is on the outskirts of Okabe, and if you go down the Tokaido, you will find it at the entrance of the town. In addition to the main hall, there was only a small Jizo shrine in the precincts.
