I don't know why there is a memorial here. It is said that he predicted the future in the 17th century but that's really it. Nice viewpoint though.

Nice place to have lunch and take a few pictures of the area. Was there mid day and place was calm which was great
Intersting small monument
We visited here to see dolphins and came across this small monument near the car park at Chanonry Point. The monument or stone commemorates a somewhat gruesome event.
Memorial to a gruesome event
In a beautiful setting overlooking the sea, this stone is a memory to the Brahman Seer, who was brutally killed after foretelling a scene his employer did not want to hear.
