Potteric Carr Nature Reserve

Have been there a couple of times recently for the first time. Reasonable admission price, or join the trust for regular entry. Excellent cafe and small shop. Friendly helpful staff and clean toilet facilities. Good paths and map of the large area. Didn’t see much on the little lake near the entrance. We had to walk to the furthest lake to see large flocks of birds. There are many good hides around this lake and good views of birds on lake or flying. I will certainly go regularly when lockdown ends.
