Shanlin Skywalk

This is a leisure plank road near Fenqi Lake. You can ask the staff about the entrance of the plank road in the town. The scenery here is good, there are not many tourists, and the air is particularly fresh and humid. If you have enough time, you can stroll here. The scenery is quite similar to the one in Alishan Scenic Area, all of which are ancient trees.

If you want to hike in Alishan, this plank road is definitely the best choice, all the way is a wooden plank road, both sides are hundreds of years of ancient fir trees, natural oxygen bar, few people and beautiful scenery! Perfect to avoid the tour group.

The Fenqi Lake Scenic Area is not big as a whole. Two or three hours are enough to go shopping. This plank road is in a forest. After entering, the air is very good. It is probably because of winter. The sun is not strong and it is quite cool.

I especially like the feeling of this boardwalk, full of ancient customs. Coupled with the traces of the railway, it is even better to take pictures.

The plank road is named for the densely-blue fir and the Taiwanese fir. It is also more similar to the scenery of Alishan, but there is a suspension bridge here. There are no tourists on the suspension bridge. It seems to be contracted by me. It is very cool!
