Big Bear Mountain Resort

We had good WiFi and the air conditioning was good. The room was big, spacious and clean. Just a few minutes walk along a beautiful jungle path to the restaurant. The food in the restaurant was delicious but we couldn’t sit outside for long because of mosquito bites. It was an ideal stay as there are orangutans and Malay bears and you can walk straight into the rehabilitation center to save money on travel. The staff was polite and helpful, looking after our luggage while we were out. After reading the reviews, we hesitated to stay here, but when we arrived we were really confused as it was much better than the reviews were written!

Lovely single-story cabin built in the Moon Ridge area. Very spacious and comfortable. Amazing views can be seen outside or on platform boards. Fast drive from town and lake, no need to walk. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. The heating is under the floor, so the bedroom is really hot at night.
