Not a top pick
Was not the greatest place to visit. Has some 19th century neoclassical architecture such as Coty Hall and the National Bank but can be missed on your places to see. Looks great lit up at night.

average sort of square after visiting others, not much to see or watch here. Others have cafes, seating and shops and lots of action. This is lacking
