Hotel Nikko Xiamen Reviews

Hotel Nikko is right next to Xiamen International Exhibition centre. The room is clean and spacious. All staff were polite and very helpful. We had breakfast on 26th floor which is opened for guests stayed on executive floors, nice view but i was told the choice of food is not as much as the restaurant on 5th floor.

Clean room, very friendly staff, and only 5 mins walk to exhibition center. Excellent location.

Great location! First time in Xiamen for busienss trip, just 7-8 mins walk to the exhibition hall. 5-stars service! I was received by Mrs. Mao and Ms. Eddy Yang who showed me their warm hospitality, made my stay at Nikko Xiamen unforgetable! Breakfast was ok, mainly Chinese style....

Pros: - We had some problems, however, the manager was very proactive in rectifying the issues and demonstrated great leadership skills in mentioning the need for staff training and overall was excellent - Good value and nice sea view from lounge - Andy was very helpful, proactive, spoke perfect English and provided exemplary customer service. It’s service like his that make a holiday away great. - The mature woman on the front door was prompt, courteous and very professional - Very clean room - Great service from the executive lounge staff and nice selection of food - Good gym - Executive lounge dinner is very nice and the breakfast is delicious! Let downs: - Check-in was unnecessarily burdensome - so we checked out the next day and the manager organised a better room rate at the Marriott (DO NOT go to the Marriott, it is horrible - instead we went to Kempinski - we highly recommend Kempinski or Nikko!) - There was no welcome fruit when we first arrived - Lower level room views will have obscured views (we were on the 20th) FYI: - If you book an executive room make sure that they take you go to the VIP room to be checked in, not the front desk. There is a marked difference between the two services!! Plus you paid for it and they have good snacks and drinks! - It helps if you speak some Chinese as most of the staff do not, or at least try to - you’ll notice the difference in service attitude

The hotel recommended by a friend is really good👍. I originally booked a sea view room, but when I checked in that night, I upgraded to an executive deluxe sea view room. The executive lounge restaurant is great with rich food. Thank you Miss Yoko for her enthusiastic help and service during check-in and check-out. I was surprised to receive delicious pastries when I left. Great👍! Next time I come to Xiamen, I will definitely choose Nikko Hotel.

The room is very nice. It is very convenient to check in when attending an exhibition. It is very close to the exhibition site. It can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. A must stay for business trips~ (You can take a shortcut from the VIP lounge) It is especially worth mentioning that the young lady Zhenghong who received me was thoughtful and considerate. After checking in, she was able to call out my last name correctly. It was really thoughtful~ I will come again on my next business trip! Shacha head thought that three meals of shacha noodles a day were not enough. It was really delicious~

The room is very clean, and the service attitude is so good. From the moment I got off the bus and arrived at the hotel, they would help me with my luggage. I checked in at the VIP reception desk, and there was a tea break available at any time. They also provided toiletries for my children. I went to breakfast very late on both days, but the waiter's attitude was still super gentle. On the last day, they also gave me afternoon tea. I took my kids to Xiamen on May Day. I stayed at the Nikko Hotel on the recommendation of a friend.
