Hotel Castle Inn Suzuka Reviews

The hotel is very nice and the room is very clean. The staff was friendly but didn't speak English. However, they have a small translation machine, so communication was manageable. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby and a convenience store just a few meters away. I will definitely stay there again.

Good hotel and near the facilities mall.

The equipment is old, but the bath is large and easy to use. I am concerned that if I book through Book.com, I will be given a separate room.

As it was our first family trip since our child was born, I was worried and anxious, so I put a comment in the special requests section, but there was no response. It was my fault for not checking beforehand that there was nothing there, but when I asked at check-in, they said they hadn't checked anything like that. I was looking forward to the trip, but it left me feeling a bit uneasy. I realized that if you leave a comment in the special requests, confirmation is absolutely necessary, but I also thought that it would leave me anxious because it's so easy to book online.

The bathroom was moldy and the toilet was dirty. It was expensive and had no good points. The only advantage was that it was close to Hiratacho Station and there were many restaurants nearby.

I used it when I stayed in Shimonoseki. You have to bring any amenities you need from the lobby floor. The room is a typical business hotel, but it's nice to have an air purifier. It's close to the station, so I'd like to use it again when I go to Shimonoseki.

The water in the bath in the annex room gets hot and cold quickly, so it's a little tricky to adjust the temperature.

いつもお世話になっております。 建物は年季が入っていますが、綺麗にされていると思います。 大浴場が朝は5時から使えるのがありがたいです。 フロントの方は、大変感じよく対応頂き気持ちが良いです。 部屋の風呂・トイレが小生には少々狭いですが、我慢できるレベルです。 アメニティが充実しており、ありがたいです。 過去3～4回ほどお世話になっておりますが、レストランは使用したことが無いので、次の機会では使わせて頂きたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。 以上

飲み会での素泊まりだったのでホテル内の施設は使用しておらず分からないですが、快適に泊まる事ができました。
