Mercure Hotel Sapporo Reviews

Very good Mercure chain hotel. Limousine airport bus stop just accross main road (Bus stop infront of sushizanmai resto). The male reception name Yan is helpful and fluent in english. Thkyou for the clearly information.

Hotel location is great, convenient store is just next door. It is near train station and also bus stop airport. Very comfortable pyjamas.

Sapporo is a very beautiful and Relaxing place to visit, food is so delicious, I will be back soon

More English speaking staff in this hotel. Good buffet breakfast spread, free for kids under 12. We got scammed by a taxi driver, and the hotel staff tried to call the taxi company and wrote a letter to update us. Although it was unresolved, at least they tried. Close to shopping, snow festival sights, food etc. 1 coin operated guest laundry on every floor.

Excellent location and ease to city centre. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and excellent English, no problem as an international visitors. Environmentally friendly amentities, meeting international standard. Proud to be an Accor members with their quality of hotel.

I rate our stay at Mercure Sapporo as 5 stars for excellent staff service who went out of their way to please their guests, great buffet breakfast and spacious room. Check in & check out were fast. And very environmentally friendly. Location is also great and you just have to cross to the other side to ride the airport limo bus. Also near convenience stores and lots of shops/restaurants. I also appreciated their breakfast box where in the guests can take out their breakfast if they are in a rush or if the line is very long. Finally, i wish to thanks all the hotel staff for allowing us to use their trolley to carry our luggages from the hotel to the airport limo bus stop and accompanied by a hotel staff since I have to push my wife’s wheelchair. We really enjoyed our stay at Mercure and will book again at this hotel if we visit Sapporo again. Really value for money. Thank you so much, Mercure Sapporo!

This hotel is located at the heart of Susukino. A lot of shopping and eating places such as newly opened Cocono department store and famous 狸小路 are within 5 minutes walking distance. An airport bus station is located at just the opposite of the Hotel ,which is very convenient to international travelers. The hotel breakfast has limited selections, nothing fancy, but serves purpose. Room cleanliness is mediocre but acceptable .

Big room than average japan hotels. Its so convenient to go shopping as tanukikoji shopping street is just 2mins away. Many convenience store and restaurant nearby. near airport bus stop just across the road. best hotel to stay in sapporo
