Customer service is at best. Very polite and professional front office, housekeeping and security staff. Always smiling and accommodating special requests.
Great view from the room and good facilities and amenities.

Location is great. Near to Manar Mall, food and retail establishments.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didnโt wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well especially in their Hotel Restaurant. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown RAK.
