整體很不錯，但好像和我們定的房間不大一樣，好像是老闆免費給我們升級了房型，真的很不錯，還有廚房洗衣機，冰箱，可惜我們用不到。不過有一説一，這個商務樓的電梯真的很拉胯，衹能走樓梯下到23樓坐另一趟電梯。

房間環境臟亂差，有黑色蟲子，設施老舊，裝飾裝修老舊破損嚴重，牆面衞生太差，樓道衞生超級差。有次早上電梯三個壞了兩個等不住電梯，走了一次樓梯，樓梯口的衞生真噁心。太臟了。強烈不推薦。

老闆人比較熱情，免費升級的大房間。空間很大，設備也比較齊全，就是感覺潮氣很重，有很多小蟲子，小孩説睡覺渾身癢。酒店位於25層，有三部電梯，但是老化嚴重，安全性不高，程序混亂，離開酒店時在電梯裏呆了超過15分鐘。地下停車場電梯通道太臟了，很多垃圾桶堆在一起，很臭，味道很大，讓人噁心，沒見過這麼臟的地方

酒店很乾凈，設施齊全，服務好，交通吃飯都很方便，性價比很高，是旅遊、出差人員首選的酒店，大屏幕投影效果很好。

房東很友善，而且由於位於高樓層，視野很好。離地鐵很近，下面還有很多商店，很方便。我想下次我可以再次入住

實際接待酒店是 青島諾亜度假酒店（樓道扶桿上放一個約70x15平方釐米木牌）。衹説浴巾是深蘭堆放衞生間門口窗台上，一看都髒、黑了，擦腳布都顯不乾淨…。你們的掛靠酒店，沒有經過驗收啊？
開門鎖的感應牌都不提供，現按密碼？還收200壓金
：12點，他老婆去驗收房，衹手提塊床單（看樣子整理衞生後，衹換張床單。我問她，你們共管理幾個客房，她説30多個？）然後整理衞生了…
昨天下午接待我的他老公，他説不顧工，顧不起自己幹…
這三十多套客房，客棧都不如…。每天都會有30多人上當，這對 攜程 信譽的影響大極了？攜程全國的大網商，不能譲害羣之馬在你們那兒有立腳之地。
我日照到青島，本想住三天。這次掃大興，趕快跑回北京！噁心我了？？怎麼會有這樣的酒店？以後再不理了…。所以，一張照片沒有拍。
我認為 攜程 你們自己應該去暗訪：

我一個人從日照住你們的 怡海怡家公寓酒店7～10日住了4天（這個酒店所有設備如廣告展示很好），到青島，一本想住3天，太臭了！我馬上跑回北京！

酒店離地鐵不遠，停車30元每天，房間很大，裝修老舊，招待所風格，冰箱洗衣機齊全，感覺衞生不換，要靠一次性床墊才敢睡。吃飯萬達很方便。

進門就感覺是糊弄事一樣，浴巾都不敢用，裏面還有消費品，還有不知道幾天客人留在冰箱裏的咖啡，服務態度倒是特別好
