Hotel ac not working and after multiple follow up no response from hotel side also hotel staff behavior very rood and no response from hotel hotel, also wifi not working

Ambiance, staff, locality... everything amazing👍 Enjoyed staying with family.. very good food at Attached Gokul restaurant. Neat n clean room... also worth for money

-building is very old but it is at good location. - wifi is not working when we stayed. - have decent space for car parking

To my experience is bad with this hotel as i booked for ac room at the time of booking but they had given non ac and nearby restaurants was not available. So i will never book this again other than that everything was good

The hotel is located at prime location and have easy access to all the tourism places. The staffs were very cordial and eager to help. Room service for food is available. Hot water, elevator and in house restaurant facility is available.

Overall our two days stay was very good. Staffs were cordially and cooperative. Property location is in heart of city and almost every tourist places are nearby. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Property has its own veg restaurant and has room service facility.

Instead of manhattan suite i was allocated a family room. Washroom was not up to mark. Shower not working. Toilet wasn’t clean when we checking
no room freshner. Only one tube light in the bedroom
no night lamp as compared to previous stay in dc 2023, this stay was not appreciable
