首先，辦理入住後進入房間發現跟預訂房型嚴重不一致（那個榻榻米房型是我提前找了好久預訂的，期待了好久的）轉過頭問負責人，負責人才説是的，那個房間被續住了，呃呃，溝通中得知那間房的住客兩天前就續住了，但是酒店並沒有及時通知！！！是不是就是企圖矇混過關呢，真的是一瞬間火大。就説那個房間沒辦法給我了，還説可以退房的，他們OK，節假日合適的房間那麼好找嗎？？？而且都到了進入房了，如果我不問呢，就吃這個啞巴虧了嗎？雖然説了也沒什麼用，店家總結起來就是沒辦法了，不行你就退房吧，還説什麼這是給我升級了的，如圖所示這也算升級了嗎？當時我沒有深究，我就説不是升級不升級的問題，是我就喜歡那個榻榻米的問題，本來定了別的故意換到這個的，都是提前那麼久預訂的而且。。。。假期開始就掃了個大興，真的很無語==其次沙發上有不愉悦的氣味衞生間有洗不掉的污漬和銹，看着挺不愉快的綜上種種，本來兩晚房間就住了一晚就走了，當然酒店是無條件給我退了第二晚的房費的。。。。

房間空調製冷效果差，噪音很大，睡眠淺的不建議。床單不是特別乾淨，隔音效果也不好隔壁半夜吵架聽的很清楚。訂的是投影房結果連電視都放不了。好處就是有冰箱和洗衣機，酒店樓下有外賣櫃，取餐比較方便。
