難忘的住宿體驗，酒店環境員工素質和景色都滿意，很放鬆，本來準備晚上和早起逛逛西湖，結果除了吃飯就是宅在酒店。書房的書也很和心意，有的書我有，沒有的喜歡的也噹噹下單了。希望以後還有機會再來體驗，難忘的美好體驗！

西湖邊上、寶石山下小而精酒店，精緻的洋房，推開門，高格調賓客如歸氛圍撲面而來，外面有精緻的庭院，有大大的露台正對西湖白堤，環境優雅極了。貼心管家服務，從機場出來開始就跟進，到店住下就送了兩瓶紅酒，最貼心是晚上送上的兩杯熱牛奶，助眠👍內部很新，TOTO 的智能馬 桶，洗浴用品高品
