Overall stay was good. The cleaning ladies were friendly and overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. There are no lifts in the hotel so we had to carry our luggages up the flight of stairs on our own - not the most convenient in this aspect if you are travelling with elderly or young kids. Location was good - walking distance to West Lake and there's a whole stretch of eateries and a convenience store just beside the hotel.

Very helpful staff. I had difficulty with Alipay for taxi fare. But male staff really stepped up to help. I left my jacket behind but they kept it for me 😀.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hangzhou called Home Inn. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend it to others.

Place offered exactly what you will expect in that price range. Is clean, have a parking lot and nice staff. There’s no fancy wives buts is located few min from the west lake,

酒店房間乾淨衞生，房間功能齊全，早餐種類多，很好吃。前台那位實習生小姐姐服務很好，還贈送小禮品，幫忙存放行李，五星好評！

位置很好
走路就可以到斷橋
沒有電梯不太好
本來住2樓一直打掃不好 就住了三樓 習慣了也還好
晚上隔音還好
就是有點潮 可能杭州就是潮吧
早餐的小麪挺好吃
每次出門都有一個大姐 説是他們店裡的 總是推銷租車嗎租車嗎 讓人很麻煩
前台的工作人員都挺好 有兩個實習的 一男一女 挺好的態度。

如果要玩西湖，再也沒有比這個酒店位置更好的了，出門走幾步就是湖邊，出入杭州也很方便，而更重要的是服務太好了。由於是寸土寸金的地方，停車位有限，但酒店管車的孫師傅特別負責，把有限的車位管理得井井有條，還能幫助客人挪車，特別棒。我上了點年紀，加上腿上有傷，酒店雖然衹有三層，但沒有電梯，前台一位叫張率傑的小夥子替我拿着行李同時為我安排便於上下的房間，真是很感動。前台的幾位姑娘也非常好，但不知姓名，這裏一併感謝！如家這個牌子確實名副其實，到店如到家。

之前看到有評論説，房間隔音效果差，可以聽到隔壁的電話聲，入住之前有點擔心，但是住了一玩的真實體驗是，完全沒有聽到其他房間傳來了聲音，而且離少年宮很近，遊船什麼的都方便，如果下次來西湖玩，還會選擇這裏，價格真的很實惠！周邊有很多餐廳，選擇很多。退房後下午兩點停車收費價格也很便宜，最主要是他們家的親子房兩個床是可以移動的，把中間的牀頭櫃移開，兩張床合併，完全不擔心孩子掉下來

帶家人遊玩，酒店位置非常好，就在西湖旁邊，走幾分鐘就到斷橋了，旁邊飯店也很多，停車場地雖然很小，但在管理員引導下倒也停得妥妥的，前台小姐姐以及遇到的服務人員服務態度都很好，很温暖。唯一不足就是室外機實在太吵，關着窗也抵擋不了。
