Terms and Conditions SimplyGo x Trip.com - EZ-Link Wallet with Mastercard Promotion Hotels, Flights, Attractions and Tours, Cruise and Car Rental offers.

1. This SimplyGo x Trip.com Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid from 3 March 2026, 0000 hours (SGT) to 31 August 2026, 2359 hours (SGT), both dates inclusive, unless otherwise extended, withdrawn or terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Campaign Period”).

2. “SimplyGo” means SimplyGo Pte. Ltd and “Trip.com” means the entity operating the Trip.com platform in Singapore (and its affiliates, where applicable).

3. “Eligible User” means a user who:

a. holds a valid Trip.com account; and

b. makes payment on Trip.com using EZ-Link Wallet with Mastercard (“Eligible Payment Method”).

4. “Eligible Booking” means a successful and confirmed booking made on Trip.com during the Campaign Period that”

a. satisfies all criteria for the relevant category set out herein;

b. is paid for in full using an Eligible Payment Method; and

c. is not cancelled, refunded or reversed at the time the discount is applied and/or subsequently clawed back under these Terms and Conditions.

5. “Promo Code” means the applicable promotion code issued under this Promotion for the relevant category.

6. Eligible Users who make an Eligible Booking and enter the applicable Promo Code at checkout during the Campaign Period may receive the corresponding discount (each, a “Discount”), subject to these Terms and Conditions and Trip.com's system validation at the point of checkout.

7. The applicable minimum spend, discount amount, and Promo Code are as follows (each, an “Offer”), in SGD:
    Hotel: $30 off Min Spend $300 (SPLWLTSTAY30)
    Flight: $30 off Min Spend $400 (SPLWLTFLY30)
    Attractions and Tours: $6 off Min Spend $100 (SPLWLTANT06)
    Cruise: $30 off Min Spend $500 (SPLWLTCRUISE30)
    Car Rental: $30 off Min Spend $300 (SPLWLTCAR30)
   

8. Unless otherwise stated, minimum spend refers to the final booking amount payable in Singapore Dollars after applying any Trip.com platform discounts (if any) but before applying the Promo Code under this Promotion (“Minimum Spend”). Applicable taxes and mandatory fees are included in the Minimum Spend unless otherwise stated for the relevant Offer.

9. Promo Codes:

a. must be entered and successfully applied at checkout to be valid;

b. are valid only for the specified category and subject to Trip.com’s system validation;

c. are not exchangeable for cash or credit; and

d. are available on a first-come, first-served basis, valid while stocks last.

10. Discounts will be applied instantly at checkout (if successfully applied) and cannot be applied retrospectively.

11. Promotion Platform: Trip.com App and Trip.com PC/Mobile website (Singapore Point-Of-Sale), unless otherwise stated by Trip.com.

Hotel Offer

12. For hotel bookings, the Discount is capped at thirty Singapore dollars (S$30) per Eligible Booking. Only payments in Singapore Dollars are eligible. Applicable taxes and mandatory fees are included, Trip.com coupons.vouchers and Trip Coins are excluded from the minimum spend and/or Discount Computation.

13. Travel period (hotel check-in date): 3 March 2026 till 31 August 2027, both dates inclusive (or such other dates as may be stated on Trip.com at the point of booking).

14. The hotel Offers may be applied to eligible properties globally, but only for prepaid hotel room types, as determined by Trip.com's system at the point of booking.

15. The pre-discount rate represents the full price for the particular room type. It may differ from the standard retail rate.

Flight Offer

16. The “Flight” discount is capped at thirty Singapore dollars (S$30) per Eligible Booking. Only payments in Singapore Dollars are eligible. Unless otherwise stated on Trip.com, the Discount does not apply to children/infant tickets, fuel surcharges, airport taxes, government taxes or other third-party fees.

17. Travel period (flight departure date): 3 March 2026 till 31 August 2027, both dates inclusive (or such other dates as may be stated on Trip.com at the point of booking).

Attractions and Tours Offer

18. For attractions and tours bookings, the Discount is limited to a maximum of six Singapore dollars (S$6) per eligible booking of attractions and activities, with a minimum spend of one hundred Singapore dollars (S$100). Only payments in Singapore Dollars are eligible. Discounts will be applied to eligible products after the Promo Code is successfully applied, subject to Trip.com’s system validations.

19. Promo code “SPLWLTANT06” may be used up to ten (10) times per Eligible User during the Campaign Period, unless Trip.com’s system indicates a lower cap at the point of redemption (which shall prevail).

Cruise Offer

20. For cruise bookings, the Discount is capped at thirty Singapore dollars (S$30) per Eligible Booking. Only payments in Singapore Dollars are eligible. Unless otherwise stated on Trip.com, the Discount does not apply to port charges, gratuities/service charges, taxes, travel insurance, shore excursions, onboard purchases, optional add-ons, or any third-party fees.

21. The cruise Offer applies to cruises available on Trip.com at the point of booking, excluding Disney Cruise Line (and any other exclusions as may be stated on Trip.com).

22. This promotion is applicable to any available sailing dates at point of booking, subject to blackout dates and/or exclusions as may be designated and displayed on Trip.com from time to time. Where applicable, the blackout dates/exclusions shown on Trip.com at checkout shall prevail.

23. Promo Code “SPLWLTCRUISE30” may be used up to five (5) times during the Campaign Period, unless Trip.com's system indicates otherwise at the point of redemption (which shall prevail).

Car Rental Offer

24. For car rental bookings, the Discount is capped at thirty Singapore dollars (S$30) per Eligible Booking. Only payments in Singapore Dollars are eligible. Unless otherwise stated on Trip.com, the Discount does not apply to taxes, surcharges, administrative fees, insurance, deposits, fuel charges, add-ons (e.g., GPS, child seats), or any third-party fees.

25. Only prepaid online bookings are eligible for this promo code. This Promo Code cannot be applied to certain packages and/or suppliers, and eligibility is subject to the details shown for each booking on Trip.com.

26. Promo Code “SPLWLTCAR30” may be used up to five (5) times per Eligible User during the Campaign Period, unless Trip.com's system indicates a lower cap at the point of redemption (which shall prevail).

General Promotion Conditions

27. Unless otherwise permitted by Trip.com at checkout, a Promo Code under this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes and/or promotional offers for the same Eligible Booking.

28. If an Eligible Booking is cancelled, refunded, charged back, or reversed (in whole or in part), Trip.com may remove the Discount and/or recover the Discount amount (including by charging the payment method used, deducting from refunds, or any other method permitted by Trip.com’s policies). Promo Codes that were used on a cancelled Eligible Booking may be re-used during the Campaign Period only if Trip.com’s system permits and subject to availability.

29. Cancellation and amendment policies may vary depending on the booking type (including, without limitation, accommodation bookings and flight bookings) and the applicable supplier, airline, hotel and/or service provider. Eligible Users should review the applicable cancellation/amendment policy shown on Trip.com for the relevant accommodation booking and/or flight booking before confirming payment.

30. Eligible Users must ensure that they provide accurate booking and traveller/driver information. Trip.com and/or relevant suppliers may deny fulfilment where information is incomplete, inaccurate or does not match identification requirements.

31. Trip.com is solely responsible for the fulfilment of bookings made on its platform and any related customer service. SimplyGo does not operate, endorse or guarantee any travel products/services offered on Trip.com and is not a travel agent in respect of such bookings.

32. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplyGo will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim (including any travel disruption, supplier default, or booking dispute) arising out of or relating to any booking on Trip.com.

33. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

34. Personal data will be collected, used and disclosed by Trip.com and SimplyGo (as applicable) in accordance with their respective privacy notices and applicable data protection laws. By participating, Eligible Users consent to such collection, use and disclosure for the purposes of administering the Promotion, processing Eligible Bookings and handling related queries.

35. Eligible Users may not use multiple accounts, email addresses, devices or other methods to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to reject any redemption, cancel any booking, suspend account activities, amend the promotion or cancel any bookings of users who engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour and/or disqualify any user where Trip.com suspects fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct or whom are in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

36. Trip.com and/or SimplyGo may, at any time and without prior notice, vary, suspend or terminate this Promotion (in whole or in part) where required by applicable law, where there is a security or operational issue, or where fraud/abuse is suspected. Any changes will be published on relevant promotion pages and/or Trip.com channels where practicable.

37. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

38. SimplyGo and Trip.com reserve all rights of final interpretation and the right of final decision in the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Promotion.
