Jueshan Mountain is located on the south bank of the Dan River in the southeast of Jincheng City. In the early days, it was honored with the nicknames of "Little Mount Huashan" and "Little Wudang Mountains". The area is rich with captivating natural scenery and cultural history, with temples, views, halls and gates constructed upon the rich foundations of Taoist culture. Jueshan Mountain was transformed into a site for religious rites during the Eastern Han Dynasty that flourished during the Tang and Song Dynasties, and has been named the "Taoist Holy Site of China". It is now a well-known development training base in the southeast of Jincheng City.
