Yiwu City Museum, formerly known as the People's Education Center established in 1972, is one of the earliest county-level museums established in China. The exhibition hall mainly focuses on Yiwu historical relics and special exhibitions. The historical relics are displayed according to the historical evolution, displaying cultural relics from the Neolithic Age to the Ming and Qing Dynasties and historical relics of major local historical celebrities. The collection is relatively rich and has a strong regional cultural atmosphere. The collections are classified according to stoneware, jade, ceramics, bronzes, irons, gold and silverware, calligraphy and painting, etc., especially the original celadon of the Western Zhou Dynasty, the Wuzhou kiln porcelain of the Six Dynasties, the gold and silverware of the Song Dynasty, and the Longquan kiln porcelain of the Yuan Dynasty.
