Myanmar has one of the world's largest golden pagodas, the Shwedagon Pagoda in Yangon. It is a world-famous pagoda. When the Yangon Shwedagon Pagoda was first built, the tower was about 8 meters high. It was rebuilt several times after the dynasties, and more than 2,500 years later. Today, the tower has been increased to 100 meters, the highest point in Yangon, and it can be seen anywhere in downtown Yangon. The base of the Jinta is 427 meters long. There is a fine metal cover on the top of the tower. There are 1065 golden bells, 420 silver bells, and 7000 rare red sapphire drill balls, one of which is heavy, along with 76 carats of precious diamonds. The tower has been rebuilt several times, and the gold on it is approx. 7,000 kilograms.
