Xu Homeland is located at 38 Lujiao Road, Gulangyu Island, Fujian, is a four-story villa with a north facing south. Xu Homeland is owned by the overseas Chinese Xu Xusheng of the Philippines. It was built in the 1930s and has an area of about 600 square meters, 4 floors, brick and mixed structure, and a flat layout with columns, flat roofs and three-sided corridors.
