What travelers say:
The beef pot in sour soup is a signature dish in Wenshan, which is very famous. The proprietress can't understand the words at all, but she is very capable. Basically, one person has done all the service work. Adopt the double pot configuration that is more common in Southeast Asia, and cook it and roast it. But I would say that barbecue is a cloud, sour soup can really be cooked in situ.
