Suburban Park

It's a nice park out in the suburbs and worth a visit if you are in the area. A good place for a picnic or a gathering outdoors.

Big Park

This is a big and pleasant park on the southern edge of town. Known by the locals but probably not often visited by tourists from out-of-town. A treasure.

Caution on the trails in winter

The park was open but the visitor center was not. You can walk the trails but they become very icy after the snow is packed down. Be aware there are several entrances.

Great easy hike!

This is a very easy hike and has lots of pretty views. Dog friendly and kid friendly. Watch out for soggy parts on the trail when snow is melting.

Love this park

I love Galena Park! Galena Creek runs through the park, it is a great place to hike or unwind. We sit with our feet in the creek and visit with friends. Well kept park with a lovely bridge for phot...
