Ba Na Hills Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Mar)
Immerse yourself w a trip to BaNa Hills
Visiting Ba Na Hills is like stepping into a surreal wonderland where lush mountains meet European-inspired architecture. From wandering through vibrant gardens to riding the cable car with breathtaking views, every moment is a feast for the senses. It is said that they have the longest cable car in Southeast Asia. 🫡 Exploring the intricate details of the French colonial buildings and marveling at the iconic Golden Bridge suspended in the clouds is an experience unlike any other. It depends on the timing of the day you go there as it might become foggy and it’s hard to take a decent picture. We went in January 2024 and the weather is like 18 degrees. It’s v cooling and nice weather to walk around. This is a highly recommended places to go when you are in Danang. We tried the Japanese buffet in the resort and the variety of food is quite decent. You can purchase the package via #trip which includes the transportation, the buffet lunch and the attraction ticket. Overall it’s a very memorable experience, and feel like you are in western countries w the cooling temperature and architecture #danangtrip #banahills #whattodoindanang #Vietnam #freehotelstay #danangtrip
Ba na Hills
#danangtrip We visited the Bana Hills Sun World around Christmas time. December is the rainy season and the entire place was enveloped in mist, giving it a mysterious charm.
We were not interested in the rides, and many of them were shut due to remain and mist. Instead we explored the charming sites and arenas of different countries that they have created. It is a great experience indeed.
The cable car (supposed to longest) takes you to almost 1500 meters up in about 30 minutes. The change in weather and temperature is rapid. So keep a set of clothing layer hasn't.
The place loses a star, at least 1 if not more, for the lack of service. There is absolutely no one to guide you or help you if you need directions or any kind of assistance. Language is a big barrier too. In service department it is no where near Disney. Be ready with a good map.
Hidden treasure in Da Nang, Vietnam! Capturing the perfect moment!
Da Nang's new bridge in Vietnam is trending. Don't miss this visual feast! Welcome to the 'Hand of Buddha' bridge. A magnificent bridge that seems to be held up by Buddha's hand, located at an altitude of 1400 meters on Ba Na Mountain. Every angle is a stunning picture. This popular check-in spot is about to attract tourists from all over, are you ready?
It takes nearly 50 minutes to get to Ba Na Mountain from the center of Da Nang. Take the world's longest cable car, spend more than 20 minutes going up the mountain to see the Hand of Buddha bridge, the view on a sunny day and a foggy day will give you two completely different feelings.
The wind on the mountain is very cool, especially comfortable.
Everywhere is clean, the photos are particularly good, the atmosphere is absolutely!
The giant hand under the bridge of Ba Na Mountain in Da Nang, like moving an absurd dream into reality!

💜Splendid Hoi An💜
🇻🇳Harmonious Hoi An🇻🇳
This ancient city of Hoi An is just so splendid in all aspects. As we walked around, we noticed how beautifully built the structures are and the vibrant color of yellow. We also noticed lots of art around on walls as well as their signature lanterns hanging in a lot of places. It really makes you feel like you are whipped back in time when you walk around Hoi An—it truly gives you a unique experience—an unforgettable one I might add. I really enjoyed witnessing all sorts of cultural
aspects in this town, even their Starbucks was adorable!

Strolling Along The River
#wheretogo
A popular tourists attraction in Hoi An ancient town is the thu bon river that goes around the area giving an extra touch while exploring the area.
There is a very famous Japanese bridge that’s more than 400 years old now which was under construction when we are there.
However there is still the main bridge that allows pedestrians to cross over the different sides of the town.
But the main highlight is the river boat ride with lanterns! Usually tourists will ride it after darkness but we saw some of them riding in the evening. We chose darkness because we only had one night and wanted to explore the town first.
Spinning Basket Boats - Vietnam
Solo Travelling around Vietnam.
Attended the Eco Cooking Class in Hoi An and included, was a ride to the cooking class venue via a basket boat. A fun and unique experience! Our boat driver was hilarious and spun us around in the basket boat. Included is some crab fishing, fisherman net throwing and boat paddling. Met some fellow solo travellers.
Highly recommended ❤️

Romantic Trip of a lifetime..
Halong Bay is best appreciated by cruise - either day trip or staying overnite on board. The trip started with a small boat transfer to the cruise boat. Greeted by friendly staff, the trip started with a cool towel, a welcome drink and a briefing. Then enjoyed the view of the karst limestone from your room or the upper deck. After a seafood lunch - kayaking in the bay area allows us to be closer to nature. Watching the sun set from the upper deck and a good dinner ends a great day in Halong Bay. Which cruise to choose? Depending on your needs, budget and time. Mine - Small cruise (large cruise can be noisy) ala carte meal ( managing what we can or can not eat) and room with Balcony and Jacuzi (perfect for our anniversary)

it was my first experience to get out for partying new year eve in Bali. it was worth and get a lot of experience, meet with incredible people from across the world, make new friends with local and other tourist.

Breathtaking landscape in Mui Ne - White Sand Dunes
White Sand Dunes, is one of the only desert areas in Vietnam.
White Sand Dunes is stretching in the area of Mui Ne sandy hills. The name of White Sand Dunes originates from its sand's color. The white sand hills are also named Bau Trang (White Lake). It is about 62km from Phan Thiet City to White Sand Dunes to the northeast, and about 30km from Mui Ne.
The most striking part of the area is a small lagoon covered in lotus flowers. Beside the lake, there is also a small pine forest that keeps the wind cool, even in the hot desert.
Hope you like this post if you found this useful. Cheers :)

Saigon-The pearl of the far east
My 1-day trip to Saigon was a fantastic experience, and one of the highlights was visiting the Saigon Post Office. The post office is a beautiful colonial building that showcases the city's rich history and architectural beauty.
Upon entering the post office, I was immediately struck by its grandeur and old-world charm. The interior is adorned with elegant French-inspired designs, from the high ceilings with ornate chandeliers to the intricate mosaic floor.
One of the main attractions of the Saigon Post Office is the stunning central hall, which houses numerous counters for sending and receiving mail. The atmosphere was bustling with activity as locals and tourists alike went about their postal needs. It was fascinating to witness the efficiency and organized operation of this historic post office.
I also had the opportunity to explore the many small shops within the post office, where I found a variety of unique souvenirs, stamps, and postcards to bring back home. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with recommendations and information about the post office's history.
Overall, my 1-day trip to Saigon and the Saigon Post Office was a delightful experience. I highly recommend visiting this iconic landmark for its architectural beauty, historical significance, and the chance to capture a glimpse of Saigon's vibrant atmosphere. Inggat! ❤️👋#Saigon #Vietnam #Southest Asia #Young #solotravel
an ACTUAL post office to visit in Vietnam 💌🏤
#timetotravel
I am pleasantly surprised by the fact that the Vietnamese has turned an active post office (that is still in operation) into a tourist attraction where you can buy stamps, postcards and other souvenirs and mail it internationally. This is so smart!!
I did some digging by the shop and managed to get two really cute stamp sets for 120,000 Dong each (~40 HKD each).
I remember seeing it costs around 50,000 Dong (~17 HKD) to send a postcard internationally but do check with the counter if you intent to send a postcard.
NOTE: the post office closed at 5pm so make sure you do not miss its opening hours

Saigon Central Post Office
One of my favorite place to visit in Ho Chi Minh city, it's called Saigon Central Post Office.
Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city, Saigon Central Post Office has various type of postcards and souvenirs. Tourist can come here, pick their favorite postcards, write on them, and send immediately to all over the world through this post office. Many cute Vietnam souvenirs also available here.
The location is just next to the beautiful Basilica Notre-Dome Saigon. You can go here by motorbike taxi from your hotel. It's cheap and fast ✨
