On the grounds of the University of British Columbia, the Museum of Anthropology houses a broad gathering of ancient rarities. Huge Totem carvings, numerous piece of the British Columbia Totem Pole Preservation undertaking of the 1950s are displayed in both inside, outside and in the Great Hall. The First Nations Collection contains 6000 articles, extending from crates to gems, dress and house products. The time of articles dates from 600 BCE to the present, each piece enlightening a bit regarding the way of life and traditions of the makers. The Cafe MOA offers new sustenance and refreshments. The MOA shop offers unique fine art, adornments, prints and books.
