The most famous of this restaurant is the duck breast set. This duck breast is very good. I thought it was a Wellington steak. The chocolate muffin after the meal was delicious and the seafood tasted acceptable.

Very good, better than the oyster, just at the back door of Hyatt, there are many Hong Kong people, the waiters and diners are basically Hong Kong people, although not very friendly, but the service is not bad, lobster and other seafood are very good, also ordered the menu There is no tomato scrambled eggs, unexpectedly delicious, closed on Sunday. The first meal in Vancouver, the steamed grouper tastes the best, the fire is just right, the meat is fine; the bean skin tastes very good, the beef willow is quite satisfactory, the dessert coconut juice simizu and coconut juice cake sent by the store are amazing

Also located on the Coal Harbour side of Canada Place, Tap&amp;Barrel is not as vast as the De Dutch downstairs, only a little snowy mountains in North Wen can be seen in some locations. Brunch is available at noon on weekends, and all Brunch before 12:00 are special for 10 knives. There is also a Kid&#39;&#39;s Brunch for children: bacon&amp;egg. Bacon is very fragrant, and eggs are lackluster.

Amazing venison and beef elegant and family-style decoration. I have eaten the best venison. No dress requirements so you will feel relaxed. Very good head dish, the price is very good. Just like it.

A recent work dinner had us dining here - the upstairs restaurant at the Fairmont pacific rim. Cocktails to start were a hit - I had a gin based option and it was perfect. The table shared a few starters - cauliflower, burrata salad and the octopus (it was my favourite of the lot - spicy, warm - crave worthy!). My main was the lamb shank - a 12hr slow cook with chipotle sauce yielded tender, fall off the bone deliciousness.  Combined with a side bowl of lentils and I was very happy. Our sommelier helped us with a nice bottle of wine within our budget. Overall a nice experience, good service with nice atmosphere and wonderful food.

Creative menu and cocktails for sure. Liked the layout of the restaurant with view of open kitchen. Service was friendly and A+. Regrettably I did not try a cocktail as none were fine tuned to what I was looking for but presentation for others was lovely. Wine list was overly pricey but great selection. Dinner was great and again presentation was gorgeous and perfect.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Vancouver so far!!! Thanks to jay, who made my lunch perfect.  He was particularly attentive and kind.  He managed to find specifically the wine I asked him for.  Thanks again!!! Will definitely recommend and would come back

Disappointing…avoid… Vancouver has much better to offer than this!   There are wines and champagnes for circa $8000 on their pretentious wine list. As if! What on earth is the point of having such expensive wines with a menu which features  dishes that are actually horrible? Apart from this, the wine list is on average priced at 30% more than that at other top local restaurants. I guess they have a captive clientele from the hotel.   We stopped staying at Fairmont hotels in North America some years ago after standards dropped. I would hate to be staying at this one. We opted for a boutique hotel in Vancouver which is lovely.   This restaurant offered impersonal service. This restaurant gave me a sense of nothingness. It is a boring hotel restaurant with a ridiculously priced wine list  Our salad starters were nice, the problem is the side dishes. Their makeup is too fussy to work with the main dishes. Yet the main dishes come with not much more than a garnish. I had the sofrito, smoked buttermilk, rice crisp, salsa macha, OLIVE OIL POACHED HALIBUT. My wife had the salmon dish...both came with sauces.  We shared two side dishes...our server advised that side dishes were needed. This did not go with either the poached halibut or the preserved lemon, sunchoke agnolotti, beet raisins, BLACK PEPPER CRUSTED SALMON   vegetable ragu, ricotta salata, pine nuts, basil, CAVATELLI 34  One side was the "lemon, crispy garlic, vegan xo sauce, SAUTÉED GAI LAN" and the second side was "chives, fermented carrots, parmesan, PAN ROASTED PETITE POTATOES." The potatoes were dreadful and the sauces all clashed leaving a horrible taste. I tried water to get rid of the taste but without success.   The ambience reminded me of UK motorway service stations. Best part was Sam, the barman…see photo…great cocktails.

Butter lobster was maybe the best I have ever eaten… and all our desserts were excellent. Fast service for fine dining as well.

这家饭店最有名的就是鸭胸套餐了哦，这个鸭胸肉做的很不错，看着还以为是惠灵顿牛排，饭后的那个巧克力松饼做的很好吃哦，海鲜味道也尚可。

很喜欢这家餐厅的味道，是典型西方菜品，有摆盘，有国外的食物和调料味道，服务也是亮点，最后要记得给小费
