#holidayvacation Went to the Sequoia National Park to see the world’s biggest three. It was almost 4 hour drive away from LA county Torrance and we left home around 4am. It was pretty long trip but I never regret! There are multiple trails so I would recommend to try several trails if you arrive early morning. I’ll follow you into the park, through the jungle, through the dark 🌳🍃 Yesterday I drove down the most epic road in my life in Sequoia National Park in California. This Giant Forest is mind-blowing! Where else can you drive through a fallen tree!? Have you ever seen anything like that?

Sequoia National Park, a sanctuary of nature's grandeur in the heart of California, is home to some of the oldest and largest trees on earth. My visit to this magnificent park was a humbling experience, walking among the giant sequoias, whose towering presence and ancient spirits spoke of resilience and beauty. The General Sherman Tree, the largest tree by volume in the world, was particularly awe-inspiring, reminding me of the sheer scale and majesty of the natural world. The park's landscape is a diverse tapestry of deep canyons, rugged mountains, and serene meadows, offering a plethora of outdoor activities. Hiking trails, ranging from easy walks to challenging treks, wind through the heart of the sequoia groves and up to high alpine vistas. The Congress Trail, a leisurely loop that starts at the General Sherman Tree, provided an intimate look at the giant sequoias, with informative plaques detailing their ecology and history. Beyond the giants, the park's elevation gradient supports a wide range of biodiversity and ecosystems, making it a haven for wildlife viewing. The Moro Rock trail, a short but steep climb, culminated in panoramic views of the Great Western Divide and the sprawling valley below, a reward well worth the effort. Driving through the Tunnel Log, a fallen sequoia carved out to allow cars to pass, was a unique experience that highlighted the park's whimsical charm. Meanwhile, the Crystal Cave, accessible through guided tours, offered a glimpse into the park's underground wonders, with its formations and streams adding another layer to Sequoia's natural diversity. For visitors planning a trip, it's essential to check road and trail conditions ahead of time, as weather can significantly impact accessibility. Staying within designated trails and areas helps preserve the delicate ecosystems and ensures the park's beauty remains intact for future generations. Trip of a lifetime, the sequoia trees are unbelievable. You can’t describe how big there are until you are witnessing them with your own eyes.

I don’t fit the parameters of an ideal girl: I don’t make pies on an industrial scale, and the spirit of adventure is so deeply rooted in me that I can wake up in San Francisco in the morning, and by the evening decide to go somewhere to the ends of the earth and start to pack suitcases. And how convenient it is when you can go on a convertible for ready-made pies, and then on a road trip! I choose comfort in every detail. This is when everything seems to be the same as in other cars, but for some reason 10 hours behind the steering wheel fly by unnoticed. I rented it at @hollywood_rides and I can say for sure that this is the best decision in the last few months! Do you like long road trips? Or do you still choose the plane?
