Azabu Kadowaki

I celebrated my friend's birthday at Kadowaki in Azabu, Tokyo, with a snow crab set meal. I ordered Ishidaya Junmai Daiginjo, which has a delicate taste and rich layers. The snow crab is very delicious 😋 I like the black truffle rice at the end the most. The black truffles here are much more fragrant than those in other places, so I made an exception and ate a small bowl!

The beef sashimi and beef sushi here are really delicious. They use Kobe beef. This beef sushi is the best I have ever had. The steak is a good combination of fat and lean meat, and the main fat content is very high, and it melts in your mouth.

This restaurant is famous for truffle rice, but all other dishes are good. Truffle wrapped in flounder sashimi, with yam salt and fried shark fin, it was delicious even though it was served from 8:30 pm, hope to look forward to it again.

The food in this store is not particularly Japanese, and the amount is quite large. せいこ Crab と Yundan ate the taste of the sea. It is absolutely fresh. 𫚕しゃぶしゃぶ is also very fresh, but the price is still a bit expensive.

かどわき隠れ家的なお店、20席と席数は少ないがゆっくり季節の料理が楽しめる。鰆のしゃぶしゃぶ、トリフ御飯は絶品です。言わずと知れたミシュラン常連の日本料理の名店。純粋な和をテーマにせず、店主の創造性で自在に変化する料理は秀逸で、料理はアートであり、芸術の域まで到達している。
