出发前已经预订好太和殿，吃鸳鸯火锅。台北好像有2家，90年代开业，生意据说不错，听说沪上也开了2家分店，不过从没有动过念头去看看，人均好像要5、600，传说空运的牛肉。信义路这家市口不错，停车还行。沿马路的店堂主要是小桌。往屋后走，另有门面，都是包间，有大包也有小包。点了主打的鸳鸯麻辣火锅。清汤里料比较少，红汤里的汤底含鸭血、豆腐、大肠等等，续汤底时免费再加鸭血和豆腐，大块大块的。一开始冰箱拿饮料尝尝，冰箱里饮料种类丰富，自己拿取，反正最后会点冰箱剩余数量结算的。到后来红汤汤底添了2次后，浓缩了辣味和咸味，只能改喝啤酒才能觉得爽口，让店员添了一箱啤酒，因为啤酒口感偏淡。再后来没人动红汤了，都在清汤里涮着吃。牛肚和虾滑，好吃。包间消费有设最低消费的，还要另收10%服务费。服务员以中年阿姨居多，态度不冷不热，但尽到了自己的职责。最后结账AA以后人均RMB260多，比沪上那两家店要和善多了。
