Breathtaking PARKSIDE@NINA
Growing up in Tsuen Wan, I've witnessed its transformation into a bustling area! This has led to the emergence of many new malls, including Nina Mall. Recently, I discovered a restaurant themed around petrified wood here, which is connected to the beautiful Nina Park, offering a stunning environment.
This newly opened restaurant in Phase 1 of Nina Mall is PARKSIDE@NINA. Tonight, I was among the first to enjoy its delicious food and beautiful decor.
Upon entering, you'll find several large petrified wood decorations on the left. The interior features a streamlined ceiling design that enhances the elegant ambiance. Additionally, there are valuable petrified wood collections from the Pliocene epoch on display.
The restaurant also has a picturesque spot perfect for photos! I think it's an ideal venue for weddings.
Besides the beautiful indoor space, the outdoor area is also spacious and comfortable, allowing you to enjoy the lush greenery of Nina Park up close.
Next to the entrance of Nina Park is a mysterious VIP room. It's spacious and private, accommodating up to 16 guests, and features a fully equipped kitchen for chefs to showcase their skills.
After the tour, we returned to our table, and our drinks had arrived! My Cucumber Mojito ($78) was filled with the aroma of herbs and cucumber, not too sweet, with a refreshing rum flavor.
There were also themed special drinks like Fossil Latte and Fossil Flurry, both made with Oreo for a sweet and delicious taste.
The first appetizer was Italian Beef Carpaccio ($138)! The tender and smooth beef had no gamey taste, and paired with rich arugula and Parmesan cheese, it was a delight.
The Sichuan Spicy Watermelon Salad ($108) was a surprising treat for my taste buds! The spicy aroma permeated the watermelon, wrapped in crisp cucumber slices, offering a sweet and spicy flavor that was irresistible.
For soup, my dad chose the Hokkaido Corn and Potato Soup ($78)! It was full of sweet corn flavor and had a thick texture, making it both delicious and filling.
As a spice lover, I opted for the Laksa Foam Soup with Shrimp Chips ($78)! Highly recommended for those who can handle spice, the laksa aroma was intense, and the spice lingered on the tongue, making it very stimulating! The foam added a delicate texture to the soup.
At 7:30 PM, we put down our utensils and headed to Nina Park to watch the mesmerizing Starlight Show. This park also boasts the largest collection of petrified wood in an urban park in Asia.
The starlight was dazzling, constantly changing colors. Even photos looked stunning! I recorded a short video to capture the moment. If you want to see the full show, it runs from 7 to 9 PM every night, with performances every half hour.
Back at the restaurant, we ordered a second round of drinks. My dad's Passion Fizz ($78) was very photogenic, made with vodka, passion fruit, and kumquat soda, with a beautiful gradient and a delightful fruity aroma.
Craving something sweet, I chose the Baby Girl ($42)! This charming pink drink was made with strawberry, pomegranate syrup, yogurt, and soda. The yogurt flavor was prominent, with a sweet strawberry aroma, perfect for kids and ladies.
For the main course, we shared pasta and pizza! The restaurant has a stone oven for freshly baked pizzas, and watching them being made was a visual treat.
The freshly baked Prosciutto and Mushroom Pizza ($158) smelled amazing! The sourdough crust was crispy yet soft, topped with savory prosciutto, cheese, and juicy mushrooms, making it delicious.
We chose the Red Wine Lees Prawn Tagliatelle ($158) for the pasta, a unique dish with Chinese seasoning. The chewy tagliatelle paired well with the red wine lees, and the chef added scallions for a perfect finish, showcasing the fusion of Chinese and Western flavors.
The main dish was a fragrant Whole Roasted Chicken ($188)! We chose the chili sauce flavor among the three options. The skin was crispy, and the meat was tender with a hint of spice, making it very appetizing. The accompanying fries were also crispy and delicious, hard to resist.
For dessert, we had the Date Caramel Pudding ($68)! The pudding was drizzled with sweet toffee sauce, accompanied by honey crunch and rich coconut ice cream, offering a rich and sweet taste.
As a chocolate lover, I preferred the unique Petrified Wood Chocolate Cake ($78)! The cake was designed to resemble petrified wood, with a combination of milk and dark chocolate, cherries, and crisp elements, perfectly satisfying my taste buds.
Parkside offers great value for its quality! If you enjoy beautiful scenery and delicious food, it's a must-visit.
From Tsuen Wan West Station, it is a short walk to Nina Tower 2. The mall is relatively new, and some shops have not yet opened for business, but there are many restaurants inside, which attracts many people. In addition, it is connected to several surrounding malls, so there is a lot of traffic.
The L'hotel and conference centre on the upper floor of L'hotel Tower has been recently renovated and its entrance is now located in L'hotel Tower. Relatively speaking, unlike the surrounding Tsuen Wan Plaza and Citywalk, where many shops are old-fashioned, L'hotel Tower seems to have a slower business, and many are currently seeking tenants or undergoing renovations.
Nina Plaza is also a general place in Hong Kong. I think it is still a bit crowded here. In fact, many places in Hong Kong are crowded. There are many places to buy things. Shopping mecca
Hong Kong Ruxin Seaview Hotel and Conference Center at Ruxin Plaza is located on the beach of Tsuen Wan, with a 360-degree Victorian sea view overlooking the Blue Baal Strait of Damao Mountain. The hotel has convenient transportation and shopping around. The decoration style of the room is modern and simple, especially like the wooden floor decoration, it feels very clean. Recommended stay.
Accompanying the child to take the sat test, take the West Railway Line from the Liwan West Station next to the hotel to Meiqi, then transfer to the Liwan Line to Lijing, A1 Exit, walk 20 meters to the left to have a minibus station, take 91A Five stops, about seven or eight minutes Arrived, the examination room Gao Kuning Memorial Elementary School is on the mountain, I could see the name of the school and write it on the wall.
I don’t like to take pictures when I go out to play a version. This is the only place in the mobile phone where I have taken photos. The sea view hotel in Xin Square is the first time I have stayed in a five-star hotel in Hong Kong. It is also the first time I have brought my baby out to play. I originally booked an ordinary room. I didn't know if it was the peak season in March. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a sea view room. The sea view was invincible, and the room was the largest and most comfortable time to live so many times. It is very convenient to eat and shop downstairs. The shopping mall downstairs is also connected to the next door. It is very convenient to go from the hotel to the subway station but about 300 meters away. It is very convenient. It was booked through Trip.com , or the special price. The price is very cheap. I will book it later. I found the price here. It is not cheap.
Staying at the Ruxin Hotel, there is a supermarket downstairs, there is a shopping mall next to it, eating and shopping is very convenient. Take A31 from the airport and sit directly to the end. There is also a park next to it, very close to the subway station, very convenient.
Ruxin Square is located at No. 8 Dahe Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories. Below Ruxin Seaview Hotel, after exiting the hotel lobby, you can go up in the escalator next to it, which is very easy to find. I have been to Ruxin Square in the early days. In my impression, this square used to have convenience stores, clothing stores, restaurants. It is also connected to Tsuen Wan Town Hall, Tsuen Wan Plaza and Yangwu Road Municipal Building through a pedestrian bridge. However, the renovation of Ruxin Square has been renovated for a long time, and it is said that it will be renovated soon and put into use with a new face.
