I have been to Thailand many times and have eaten two meals at Nahm in Bangkok, one of the 50 best restaurants in the world. Pestle Rock is the most authentic Thai restaurant I have ever eaten in Seattle. The food is very complex and full of aftertaste, not the sweet and boring American Thai dish that is usually eaten in the United States. Thai iced tea is also very good.
