After a week in Hokkaido and eating some delicious seafood, we realized we had not been to a sushi store yet, so on the last day we decided to go to this store for sushi. Didn't disappoint. The standard of this store is amazing: sea urchins, for example, simply can't be better. When I asked to try their own mustard ( since I just read the difference between the mustard we bought in the UK and freshly ground mustard), the chef was happy to help. Not enough to list every bite to eat, but every bite was amazing. Thanks for this wonderful experience.
Excellent superb sushi, sitting at the bar to enjoy the 25-year-old cooking, ordering a 30,000 yen chef package, perfect every detail, amazing, articulate! Well worth it!
