Le Mus&eacute;e serves a fusion style food based on Hokkaido ingredients. There are some interesting dishes like an oyster under dry ice to simulate the natural environment of the shellfish. A lot of the dishes utilize foam or infusion or other modern techniques. That makes for some very good looking dishes that also caught my attention on the homepage of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the taste is not as great as the imagery. The duck with a dot of onion and mashed pumpkin and a bit of wasabi leaves and a soy and honey sauce was beautiful, but the combination of taste was not a revelation at all. It seemed inconherent and uninspired. Other dishes were better. A colourful root vegetable dish with a sauce based on shakebushi was good. All in all, the food was all right at the price of 7000 yen for a lunch. However, the service we experienced that day was horrible. First of all, our server did not explain everything on our dish. We had to ask about some components on the dish. And during another dish, we had to clarify with another server what was actually in the dish. The worst part was when we wanted to pay our bill. We wanted to pay by credit card. It took forever. The first ten minutes without any explanation at all. We tried another card. It turned out something was wrong with their machine. It took about 30 minutes in all. During this time, they did not offer any coffee or tea or anything as compensation as we waited. They did not even pour water into our empty glasses. This is not the service I expect at a restaurant at this level. You might have a different experience if you get the better waiter and if they can actually get their credit card machine to work that day. But for us, it went from OK to bad because of the service that day. Sapporo has many other restaurants that serve better food and provide much better service at this price range. Go to one of those restaurants instead of this place.

I have never seen such a cost-effective Michigan Samsung restaurant 🌟🌟🌟 It is worthy of Hokkaido: there is no pretense of Tokyo&#39;s high French food. This store is really dedicated to making food. It is a very orthodox French food. Steam the whole shrimp abalone (a layer of black bread on the surface), with the ink sauce risotto, the whole dish is novel and delicious 😋 Other impressive dishes include: burdock soup (strong fragrant to explosive 🥲) and the last desserts from king cake to cream Savarin with Japanese sake 🍶, Then to Strawberry Terrine🍓, how can people make a dreamy meal taste of the same materials. Such a perfect meal, the two people check out no more than 60,000 yen

#3 of Fine Dining  in Sapporo

Japan&#39;s unknowing century and dumpling shop, near the evening, in his super exquisite coffee shop in Omotesando, ate a steaming and fragrant red bean bag, feeling beyond all the other desserts of this trip. I took a jar of his matcha sauce and went home to mop bread to eat. Red beans and matcha are really the soul of Japanese desserts.

It is a well-known local sushi restaurant chain. The interior is decorated in a simple Japanese style and style design, and the dining atmosphere is quiet and elegant. The sushi master is superb, and the sushi is made on site. You need to wait. Each sushi is delicate and compact, moderately firm, with a small amount of mustard inside, no nose, and more delicious with soy sauce.

The dishes are quite simple, but quite level. Curious how their fried corn tempura came out, I saw that the fried corn tempura in other stores were made into a group of corn grains.
