Taganga-Colombia is where the Mountains meet the sea so certainly it has waterfalls! Located in a small fishing village not to far from Santa Marta. You can get a cab from Santa Marta and it is not very expensive, you can also take a bus. The trip is less than 20 minutes. #happynewyear #happynewyear
