Museum of History and Art

This small museum of the Historical Society is in a prime location in the heart of the busy Coronado. The two rooms (one with permanent items and the other with special performances) can also be used as visitor centers, and there is a nautical theme gift shop in the room connected to the busy indoor and outdoor seating. Special programs are usually about the island's social history. In May 2017, Irving Gill's house was rebuilt to become a traditional feature of craftsmen, previously iconic. It feels normal, after all, the exhibits in this museum don't feel much attractive, and they don't highlight the part of the history I want to know, so I took a quick look and they were all visited by their own people.

The San Diego Museum of History and Art is located on Orange Avenue, which is easier to find. This museum is more distinctive, combining history and art, reflecting the development of art in different historical periods through the display of art works from different periods.
