Food quality is excellent as always, well-made and well-presented pans. The negative note is that on Saturday night we book on the fork to have the certainty of finding a place and not waiting at the cold, one person arrives before the others to the room and asks for booking but the person who took it said that not accept bookings. The absurd thing is that 10 minutes earlier we had called to ask for confirmation and warning that we were late and they assured us also asking "you booked on the fork?" so, in the absence of misunderstanding, they had received the reservation. For the rest, I advise this room and we will certainly come back, but we need to pay attention to booking management and communication between staff members and with customers.
