This per se is really difficult to book. I have to book more than a month in advance. I made a full 4 calls before making an appointment. The staff also told me that I need to attend in formal clothes. The decoration of the restaurant is very elegant and elegant. There is a low-key luxury, which is really charming. There are only 15 dining tables in the main dining area, and the dining environment is very quiet and comfortable. The waiter in the black suit has been silently paying attention to our needs and the service is very thoughtful. There are only 2 choices on the menu, and we have selected the chef's recommended package, each dish is moderately weighted and exquisitely presented, which perfectly reflects the creativity and intentions of French cuisine. Every dish is delicious, but what surprised me the most is not the expensive foie gras and caviar, but the ordinary roast lamb chops, there is no stew at all, the outer skin has a smoky aroma, every mouth is smooth, fresh and juicy. Dining in per se is completely a pleasure.
