Louvre is a very big museums, in total it feels like there are 10 museums in one place! Make sure you plan your route well, as it is so big, to see everything maybe you will need about 3 days! So, I would suggest just research which arts that you would really want to see, so you will save alot of time. Outside the museum is really beautiful too. Don’t forget to visit this attraction if you go to Paris.

It was an amazing experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and nice. So much history and amazing art to see. The Louvre building is incredible, it took 800 years to build. The architecture is breathtaking, I highly recommend this. Purchase a tour so you can skip the line.

The entire museum was beautiful but my favorite part was definitely the fine art upstairs. You can get free tickets on the website (if you meet certain requirements) but be sure to get them early whether the same day or a couple of days before if you’re going during the busy season.

Make sure that you book online before you get there, this will give you a time slot and you can queue but that goes quickly before entering the museum. It's well worth the short wait though and we spent over 4hours looking at all the exhibitions and displays. What a wonderful place to really take in the history and appreciate the arts! Their sculptors are breathtaking but my favourite was the Egyptian display! They do have places onsite where you can grab a bite to eat or drink but with so much
