Designed and constructed by French designers at the end of the 19th century, this building has a magnificent Rococo style, white walls and red roofs, which look like a palace from afar. The square in front of the palace is carefully designed. Many tourists take pictures here. Although the headquarters of the People's Committee is not open to the public as a government organ, people can come here after nightfall, and the buildings illuminated by various lights have a special charm.
